Do you have a reference to that court decision? On what is it based? AA offers access to the AC and FL in JFK and LAX based on flying full paid or award J or F transcontinental tickets and of course int'l J and F ticket holders have direct access to AC. Also DL used to give its PM free CRC memberships and still does so to its Diamond Medallion members.
