There is one little problem: Mexicana is not operating!!!!
After reaching Bogota you can do everything with LAN in the order you wrote it, but you might have problems geting to Bogota that way. I think yo will have to use other airlines not part of oneworld. As david_33 said, you can check LAN flights in that website.
