We went through this presentation at the Westin Maui when they first started with the timesharing thing. It was brutal! The man we dealt with was a real shark. When I called back later to inquire on my 10,000 points for sitting through this he started putting the pressure on me again. He was saying things such as, How could you not take this offer and I can't believe that you are not going to do this. At this point I just told him I wanted my 10,000 points and that I had a lot better things to do with $78,000 dollars. We were genuinely interested in this timeshare because we frequent Hawaii several times a year, but by the time this guy got through with us we wanted no part of it. He even demanded that we sign that day because if we changed our mind we could recind. (sp) I have never been so glad to leave a room as I was that day. I have come to find out that they fired that man for his tactics and he went back to work at the Embassy to do his timesharing there.
