I didn't mean to knock the lounge at all. Every company should give their employees membership if they travel for business. It's clear that the efficiency gained is well worth the price. (I'm not a business traveler, though)

Generally I really like AA employees.

Actually my first experience at the AC had me sold on the aangels.

I was flying alone to meet my girlfriend in Tampa. We had reservations coming back together, but we were rows apart. I asked the aangel if he could fix that, and he put us together in exit rows. At the time, neither of us had status. This doesn't seem like a big deal, but I really expected him to say that he couldn't move my gf's seat without her permission. He made both of us very happy (and she was totally impressed with my god-like powers!).
