Sorry about the cockroaches. While in the Philippines, I had a room, that after the lights were turned out, the walls and ceilings seemed to come alive with the pulsating movements of the d*** things. My wife, like yours, was not amused.
I've only had great experiences at the Princeville. I've only been there as a platinum, so I've always been upgraded free of charge. Perhaps Rayavadee in Thailand is the only more breathtaking location in the Starwood family (IMHO, also, I’ve never been to Bora Bora).
