Nice review Goldorak ^

I can say to all that if Goldorak gives any hotel the thumbs up, you are 100% sure it will be the best of the best. I have stayed in hotels based on his recommendations and must say he has been spot on every time.

It seems like Raffles Phnom Penh is getting some competition by the sounds of it. Yes one hotel is at the Russian Embassy another close to the US Embassy... Despite having a free complimentary night available at The Raffles, I think Sofitel is going to be my next preferred hotel when visiting Cambodia again :-)
