yes its out of the ordinary for sure.. no other airline worth its name would not have engine maintenance contracts not present resulting in many planes being grounded , oil cos having to resort to cash and carry for giving fuel etc
On the few sectors ( BOM - DEL v.v) (BLR - BOM v.v) and sometimes (DEL - BLR v.v) it has quite consistent service but otherwise its the luck of the draw atleast in the recent past with them in my view..
