There is nothing that steams me more than calling the front desk (at any hotel, not just Starwood) with a problem, being told someone will be up to fix it "shortly" or "within 15 minutes", and then no one is there for an hour or more, necessitating another call. I agree with the previous posters about the timeframes and meeting expectations. Give a realistic estimate of the timeframe and meet it.
