No need to ask. Everything was "organized". They sent me an e-mail 2 days before check-in to know my estimated arrival time and departure time. When I arrived at the hotel, at the main lobby check-in desk, they immediately transferred me to the club lounge floor for private check-in and they told me that they have upgraded me to a suite
