Hilton has done a great job of losing me as a customer…I am currently a diamond member and I had an awful experience a couple of weeks ago and I am looking to switch to Marriott but I do not know if it will be worth it since I have accumulated a ton of points…..

Can anyone give me some good or bad insight on Marriott? Does anyone knows the pros or cons? Does anyone know how the two programs differ???
