True, but some FA's get on a power trip by making up their own rules.
Last week I was on a DELTAConnection when I was instructed by the FA that I had to remove and store my Bose Quiet Comfort headphones for take off. Though I tried to explain that they were turned off, she quipped: "I said they have to be turned off and stored."
Yet another power trip and made up regulation!
