Agent did nothing...she standing at the Kiosk with me trying to "show me" how to check in, til I showed her where it said "See Agent" and she became, confused, as we walked towards a counter where she could help me, I refreshed one more time and got the UDU and new MobileBP. My issue with the whole thing isn't the way the UDU clears, but the fact that a mobileBP can disappear for a bit...and if you'd just waited in a security line or something, could be at a VERY inopportune time.
