If anybody gets a result on this one, could they possibly take the name of the agent/supervisor, I don't care to be insulted again as I was last time I called AP on this issue. If nothing by next week, I will e-mail AC, although I have no reply or resolution from them after an e-mail on 30 January for a simple case of miles crediting 25% as T on a T+ (W class) ticket, so won't hold my breath for any quick outcome.
