Update:

I called in today, and after half an hour on the line, various calls made by the agent to supervisors, and great deal of confusion, the net result was... a great deal of confusion.

I'll try calling in again and see if I get a different and more useful result. This brings a whole new meaning to the term AeroLotto: call in to AP, spin the wheel, and see if you can find somebody with a clue...
