It's working today from "the award winning"
city of Mississauga. However, I am still no wiser than before I called.

The last upgrade certs I received was in October. Since then I have flown 60,000 miles
so A.C. owes me 12 upgrades. They say they are included in the Dec statement which was mailed out on Dec 9th. Called back on another matter and was told that the December statements won't be mailed until the end of the month.

Has anyone received the paper Dec statement?
