Anyone else still missing their 10 or 15 (for Elites/SEs respectively) bonus eUpgrade credits for mileage thresholds passed in December 2010?

Per Andrew's Yiu's message on Jan 21, these should have posted on Feb 8, alongside the bonus credits (5 for P, 10 for E and SE) due to package mailing delays.

I got the bonus credits, but not the threshold credits.
Who else is still missing theirs?
