I hope I don't get in trouble for this...it's the Westin Chosun Hotel in Busan. They're Cat 3 hotel, but I guess they're upping their Cat to 4 in March. I haven't been there personally, but my wife has. She says that it's a nice hotel, but not as good as the other Cat 4 in S. Korea (W Hotel in Seoul or the Westin Chosun Seoul).
