Hopefully he misspoke. The only problem I find with the lounge is how crowded it gets if there are any delays at LHR. Apart from that airport hotel problem it serves the purpose nicely. because it gets so much wear I notice it begins to be a trifle shoddy sometimes but they seem to quickly do some minor renovations and it is fine again.

On balance i would ask no more of any airport hotel.
