If you were paying out of pocket I'd say Virgin America for sure. They have very nice seats with leg rests and massage. They fly into Dulles. Otherwise the rest of the group has told you everything I know. I.e. the UA 777 with the better seats (although I like the VX seats better than the UA 777 C seats), and Alaska flying into DCA.
