I've been conditioned to like IAD because I am loyal to UA. As a NYC based flier, I could handle international ns flights out of EWR on UA widebodies. Sure EWR is a pain to get to from the city, but much better than an RJ to IAD. No longer trekking down to IAD in the winter and stormy summer months.... I think I am ok with that. Plus lets face it, UA terminals at IAD are the pits.
