I'm using China Southern's and China Merchant Bank's cobranded credit card. Of course, this is a Chinese airline. Benefits are pretty good (for China and for me); a km per every 18 yuan spent and a USD/RMB account which sounds promising, but I haven't used it outside China yet.
China Merchants bank is also -in my experience- one of the more customer friendly banks and easy to deal with.
