I am in SIN now and planning a side visit to SGN and BKK. I am flying back to SIN the afternoon before my DL280 flight back.

I was hoping to stow a checked bag or two of business stuff which I will not need in SGN and BKK at Changi storage which is landside.
Is there any way on my return that I can hop over to old airport road centre for dinner check my bags in and catch a few zzzzzz's at ambassador rooms before flying out? I am just not thrill with the idea of paying SIN hotel prices for 6-8 hours of bedtime.
