If I had gone the other way, I would have had passport issues in BEY with a TLV stamp, ie refused entry. You will be best to check with Saudi authorities that you wont have any problem should you have a TLV stamp.
Couple of comments. First off, if/when you check with Saudi authorities, you want to be as incponspicuous as possible, as even for checking, you can be flagged

Second, there are ways of flying TLV-RDH. Request them not to stamp your passport; ask to stamp an additional piece of paper (though in practice of late, they simply don't stamp), if you have an additional passport, use that instead. TLV Passport Control is used to this request and it's not a problem. It will in all likelihood lead to additional questioning, but it should be fine.
