Wondering.. Lots of stuff in hotel rooms.. which and what are you allowed to take home as souveniers?
The OP is consulting with a boutique hotel interested in giving away swag to customers. It's up to them to make sure that the customers know what can and cannot be taken home with them.
The cup I talked about in my post was from DHL, the freight company. Their sales rep gave it to me when I first signed up for an account. It's ideal for use in a bathroom with a tile floor.
