I wanted to share my experience in purchasing a vacation ownership in Rancho Mirage Ca. I must tell you the wife and I have been interested in vacation ownership for the last 10 years. About 1 1/2 years ago we visited the Westin Mission Hills in Rancho Mirage through one of those see a presentation get a weekend for little of nothing deals. We were very impressed especially with the flexibility of the program however, we did not purchase. Forward 1 year and I'm on the phone with Rob Nelson in their telesales department in Orlando Fl-I had no real intentions of purchasing-AGAIN! That was until I talked with Rob-the guy is on top of the customer service game. I'll be honest I was worried about purchasing a vacation ownership from someone over the phone but Rob promised me he would be there for us. He has lived up to that promise, he has personally handled our trade to the bahamas-Harborside this June and our 3 days stay to our home property for easter. I have even called him on the weekends when traveling in unfamiliar cities and needing a Starwood property to lay my head-this is certainly not apart of his job, it was however apart of his promise...a promise he has kept.
