I just stayed at the PdG in Paris and was very happy with the property and staff. For New Year's Eve I suspect it would be unlikely they're accepting certs. Certainly worth a try though. I stayed at the Westin Trianon Palace in Versailles also. Another nice property and Versailles is quite a charming town.
