In Paris there's not much choice if you want SPG. I was checking on this too and it seems like the most convenient place would be the Prince de Galles. Be prepared to either fork out a lot of money or a bunch of starpoints. I was checking rates for mid-March and they were pricing out around 450 Euro a night.
