Everyone always needs umbrellas. That's an item that shoots to the top of my list. I still use a high quality umbrella that I got ages ago from the Georges V in Paris. Especially when it's raining and you check out, it's great to be able to take an umbrella with you.

Otherwise, personalized luggage tags can be nice (i.e., with your name and info printed on it) as a cheap gift.
