I think a drippingly sincere one is in order,
Dear Air Canada,
I am writing to let you know about a possible issue in your quality control, as it appears my tags were 'missed' by the printing process. Clearly they are supposed to have my name on them, otherwise, really, what good are they - I suppose I could use a Sharpie, but really, how awful would that look! And as one of your most frequent fliers, I know 'tacky' isn't what Air Canada aim for!
Anyhoo, if you could just get them printed up correctly and flip them back to be, that would be simply awesome.
