The problem may be that you need to provide passport details. I assume you have two passports? If they don't have the same #, issue date etc that may be a problem. Although I have heard that immigration for KSA does not object to an Israeli stamp anymore.

EDiT: joshwex90 beat me to it. No too much of a problem it seems.
