You should also get 200% for flying SQ C and crediting the miles to M&M, which is more than KrisFlyer gives you. Of course flying SQ with credit to M&M won't give you the 25% bonus if you are already FTL/SEN.
Then again there are Y fares on which KrisFlyer will give you more miles than M&M for flying a fully M&M-integrated carrier, so you really have to check each and every time.
