I'm looking at booking a Mileage Plus award itinerary in business class which will feature an NH domestic segment from KIX-HND (or ITM-HND). It looks like those flights are operated by high-density, mostly economy-class airplanes. Can I get a seat in the very small premium cabin up front on these domestic flights or will only economy be available?
