Help me plan my trip.

I love to take photographs, have a unique interest in history and nature. I also like to go back to a nice hotel (not necessarily luxury) but running water, internet and clean / comfortable amenities, at the end of the day

I am thinking start of at Delhi, do the Taj Mahal + Nepal?.

Help. When should I go?
