I second ksandness. That is a pretty abnormal situation; normally the delivery companies want at least 24 hours.

Also, if I recall correctly, JAL and ANA subcontract domestic baggage delivery to the Takkyubin companies; ANA to Yamato Kuroneko and JAL to their subsidiary JAL ABC with Segawa doing the actual lifting.
