I totally agree. Also, I think we should be careful not be "taken in" by Starwood's apologies. Yes, an executive did apologize, but the reward clearly did not fit the crime.

I did not book it, though I saw the Unbelievable Bora Bora Rate post right after it was posted. It is too far away for us to travel to right now.
