The seats don't fold backwards, though (other than normal recline), so I don't get why there would be a restriction on car seats in the row behind the exit row, unless they don't want babies throwing up on passengers climbing out the exit window...
(Come to think of it, maybe they don't want a car seat flying forward during an impact and restricting the route to the exit. That actually kind of makes sense...)
Ooo... perhaps we'll have to venture back to the exit row to test out the 'seat movement' thing... haven't seen that before
