I got stats from last 8 months It was on over 60 per cent in June 2010 (for APril-MAy) and a secular fall since Connections have always been there so that cannot be the explanation for the Delta (change in performance)???

Alsois not 31 per cent so low that airline management would be worrying about it?

SInce I connect GRU-BSB its very worrying to me, this stat . Qatar is much much better Really need to find out. I Am on the GRU-DXB Friday flight so will ask and if any hard info will report here
