Current fleet plans are all in the last investor presentation on the BA / IAG investor website. Currently 57 744s, of which I understand 5 are in the desert and are unlikely to fly again unless resurrected for unplanned demand growth.
787s are not only for 767 replacement, but elderly model 777 replacement as well, plus some growth.
747-8 - I don't see the point in buying an aircraft with a very small aftermarket, which a lessor / bank won't finance due to small fleet, when a 380-800 would allow fleet commonality with future, larger 380 growth models, and A350s will have a large and valuable aftermarket.
Frankly, though the 747 is great and the First in the nose is unbeatable, it is slowly but surely looking more dated each time I fly it (as the 757 eventually did compared to the Airbuses).
You also have to consider what would be a useful order in combination with Iberia; A350 makes sense as A340 replacement for them, thus bigger discount. 777-300 just won't work for some of those routes that Iberia serve
