To my understanding it is standard policy for the hotel as long as you have an Amex Plat. However, it appears to be an unpublished benefit - that is, there is no signage at the hotel, check-in does not ask if you are Amex Plat and there is no reference on the hotels website.
Per my earlier post, I realized this from a family member who has the Centurion card.
