The way I interpret the offer is that it's currently good for $40.

If not used by 6/11/11, then the certificate is only valid for face value at $20.

Thus the "bonus" that Groupon is including is already factored into the $40 value of the cert.

"Groupon value reduces by $20 on 6/16/11, except where prohibited."
