Very interested reading over this thread. Some comments suggested the ISP would be involved, although I find that very difficult to believe.

A good experiment would be to temporarily erase/remove your aircanada browser cookies. You could check prices pre and post removal to see if there were any changes. Has anyone ever done this and found an immediate price difference?

Another thought would be that it's related to your IP address. Again, less likely though.
