I rented from Dollar recently in LV.

Queue was not short - but customer service OK overall. Also let me choose what I wanted from a long line of free vehicles.

However, the car was not really clean in the inside, and did not smell great. Could definitely do a better job cleaning their cars. I looked at a few cars, it seems that most were fairly high mileage.
