AA does it this way too. Domestic first on a 737 is called business as soon as you get an int'l destination. Seems consistent with US. I flew to MEX last summer and it was called Envoy but it was a standard domestic first class config. I'm on a 752 w/ Envoy type seats from PHL-CLT on Thursday and it's called First.
