Recently stayed 5 nights at the Cologne Hilton, but on two separate reservations. So I wouldn't have to check out and check in again reservations were merged at check in. When my points were credited it was only for the 2 night portion of the stay so the 4x bonus points didn't post. Received about 25% of the anticipated points.

Called the DD and was advised quickest way to get points posted was to e-mail the DD with copies of the bill attached and to expect at least a 72 hour wait for points to post. Or send a fax, which would take 10 to 12 days.

E-mail was sent at 9:57 a.m., resolution e-mail was received at 6:21 p.m. same day. Immediately checked my account, the miles were in the bank.

Quite satisfied, however as always, YMMV.
