I stay at this property every week, it is a great location and one of my favorites but whoever is managing the joint is a bit below par. Room service trays are frequently left out for much too long and the hallways are often a bit dirty.

Still, the front desk staff is top notch and the cleaners are great, I've never had so many thank you notes for leaving a cleaning tip.

For those staying here, there are parking garages all around the area that offer a better deal than the hotels parking rates and as a bonus you don't have to deal with the valets who are in my opinion some of the worst I have encountered at any SPG property.

Also, avoid the Thai place around the corner. Amazingly terrible, but the whole foods is not much of a walk.
