No, I make my reservations on-line and present my Platinum card when checking-in. I am A Club Gold and the Platinum card seems to trump A Club Gold - I was at the hotel when I posted my message, the next day I asked for a late check-out, I received the standard answer then the attendant noticed I was Amex Platinum and offered a late check-out to 4:00 PM.
Is this a standard policy for the hotel? I have no status with Accor, but a Plat card.
