Glad my thread could help you! Did you discuss compensation with the GM? I doubt they will just automatically give you the certificates without you bringing it up. I would recommend you e-mail the property (or marriott ) with a copy of the elite guarantee and just say that you want to verify they have your correct address for the certs and check
