I'm on a flight from IAH-MSY Thursday and it takes off at 11:35am and arrives at 12:41pm. I was upgraded from economy to first, which is great. I'm just curious, given that it's such a short flight, if a snack or lunch is given. When I was in economy it said "Food for Purchase" but now in 1st, there's no meal or snack listed.

I'm arriving and heading straight for a meeting so I won't have time to eat until later in the evening. I'm wondering if I should grab something at IAH or if they will offer something on this flight. I've haven't flown economy on CO in years and certainly not during the new food for purchase deal. If food is offered in economy and not 1st, are we allowed to purchase lunch from economy? Is there anything worth buying?

I realize it's a short flight, but I want to be prepared.
