Depending on the season, you can get a house of that size for 1.5-4K/week. I was there for a week in May last year and our house around that size was 1.8K.

$350 per night.. rent a home in Maui.. or Big Island.. Getting there, you'll have to dole out the points to stay within less than 4K.
Airfare will be separate (although we probably will use miles). The (now $6K) limit on lodging is *just* for lodging. No meals, side excursions, etc.
