I knew I could rely on you all for some good advice - the message about the e-Ticket number not being found was a bit scary but I've read enough here to know that BA.Com can be somewhat flaky at times.

Fortunately my GC does not expire until May so I should get a fair hearing on the phone and I can grovel and plead for England when it comes to avoiding the fee.
